In order to make the benefits of forest bathing as accessible as possible for those who cannot visit woodlands for themselves, her first two book in the collection  'A Walk in the Woods', will be available for purchase this summer. Following a early morning walk in the woods in both Spring and Winter, the book will immerse the reader in the forest through an accessible medium. 

​Linking her passion for houseplants, and her passion for the mental health impacts of nature, 'The Power of Plants' explores individuals experiences with houseplants and what they can offer. 

With this Project I wanted to pay homage to some of the first people to study and investigate the natural world, botanical artists. One such artist, was Jane Wells Webb Loudon.  It is this series that I have focused on with my project, replicating both the formatting of these works, and their artistic style. Our modern gardens are full to the brim of plants that have originated from all over the globe, and as a tribute to that, where possible I have directed my attention towards plants that, despite flourishing in our climate, do not originate from our native habitat. 

One of my recent projects is surrounding the relationship between the moon and the tides, and humans fascination with this dynamic, through art. This relationship is explored throughout the many art forms, and I aim to explore these through this portfolio.

With this project, I wanted to explore the relationship between young people and the natural world. Addressing both the increasing separation that many people feel, as well as the innate pull to the wild that exists within all of us. The fight between the urban culture and a wild life.
